Kellie is the co-host and co-producer of Diamond Defense Podcast, where she blends her background in storytelling to bring conversations about safety, empowerment, and resilience to life. She is also the creator and executive producer of A Gather of Gatherings Podcast, an award-worthy exploration of collective nouns through imaginative storytelling, history, and interviews.

Lisa is a dedicated self-defense instructor who has been empowering women through self-defense training for over two decades through her company, Diamond Defense. Her program utilizes the R.A.D. Systems of Self-Defense and Hapkido techniques to help women discover which self-defense options are right for them. She is also a passionate filmmaker, focusing on short films that engage and educate on issues of women's safety. Because so much of our self-defense exists prior to a physical confrontation, Lisa believes that the film and podcast mediums provide great value in creating space for women to learn from each other so we can all stay safer out there.
